Managing Director

Arshad is a fellow chartered accountant and has over 20 years of assurance experience in the big four firms and serving across industries such as the financial services sector, manufacturing/trading businesses, shipping and services sectors. As an audit partner, Arshad led various audit engagements from start-ups to multi-jurisdictional complex entities across industries. He has extensive experience in working with clients located globally in various jurisdictions such as North America (US and Canada), UK, Australia, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Middle East.

Arshad has extensive experience of, working in Big Four firms’ audit departments (external and internal audits), accounting, governance, internal controls, private equity valuations and related professional services. He is highly experienced in regulatory requirements of various jurisdictional bodies, accounting standards (US GAAP and IFRS) and internal controls framework required under international standards.

Muhammad Shahid - ACMA

Muhammad Shahid possesses over 10 years of experience in Financial Management, Internal Audit, Accounting, and other related good services. Throughout his career, he has managed and headed finance departments of various organizations, while also serving as an executive member of the Board of Directors. He has led teams for different successful projects, and has extensive knowledge and practical experience of setting up finance functions for startups from scratch. Additionally, he has successfully led teams in implementing ERP systems in different industry sectors.

Throughout his journey in the corporate legal field, Mohamed has built a reputation for his exceptional expertise and client-centric approach. He is known for his ability to navigate complex legal matters, offering tailored solutions that align with the unique needs of each client.

Mohamed possesses a comprehensive understanding of both Free Trade Zones and Mainland corporate legal structuring in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). His clientele includes large corporates, SMEs, and family offices / holding companies.

Sabir is a fellow chartered accountant and has over 12 years of experience in Audit advisory and Accounting Services. He has diversified experience in advisory including internal Audit, process re-engineering, performance enhancement of accounting and finance function. He successfully implemented cost cutting processes for various clients. He always takes keen interest in new Accounting software and working tools, setting up internal controls redefining Accounting & Finance departments.

Sabir is highly experienced in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, budgeting and forecasting, bank reconciliations, Vendor & Customer Reconciliations, process re-engineering and review and assessment of internal processes and related controls.

Nasir Javed Khan - CIA
