Muhammad Shahid possesses over 10 years of experience in Financial Management, Internal Audit, Accounting, and other related services. Throughout his career, he has managed and headed finance departments of various organizations, while also serving as an executive member of the Board of Directors. He has led teams for different successful projects and has extensive knowledge and practical experience of setting up finance functions for startups from scratch. Additionally, he has successfully led teams in implementing ERP systems in different industry sectors.

• Analysis of the internal control environment of an organization and the process of managing risks by defining and implementing internal controls.
• Formulating comprehensive business strategies and presenting them to the Board of Directors.
• Performance evaluation by horizontal and vertical ratio analysis.
• Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Managing payments and receipts and credit control systems of the organizations.
• Financial management including capital/funds raising and forecasting funding needs for forthcoming projects.
• Evaluation of various project funding options and selection of optimal solutions.
• Managing and forecasting liquidity requirements for current projects.
